4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your pb999 account balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmed payment under normal network conditions. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to four (4) BST business hours for approved bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) BST business days. pb999 does not charge platform-side fees on bKash or Nagad withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pb999 accepts no liability.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and verified as belonging to you. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pb999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment account prior to processing any withdrawal.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

pb999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, even where no bonus has been claimed. pb999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to suspend or delay withdrawal processing where AML checks are in progress.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds on pre-match and in-play markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of final bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. pb999 uses real-time pricing feeds from reputable odds providers and cannot guarantee the availability of any specific odds for any duration.

6.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided by pb999 under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed without being rescheduled within the stated timeframe; the market is suspended due to irregularities or data feed errors; the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error; or the event outcome cannot be verified from official sources. Voided bets are refunded as cash to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

pb999 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per account per day. These limits vary by sport, event type, and market. 6.5 Suspicious Betting Activity
